Compensation: Compensation is highly competitive, offering $90k-$120k, depending on experience.

YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth.
LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then, shared regionally amongst providers. Call may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and is phone call only.
Accepting NP providers with 1 year minimum of pediatric experience (outpatient, primary care preferred).
