DETAILS:
- Provide in-person or telehealth urgent care on a regular schedule or as needed
- Function as an integral part of the clinical staff through participation in Medical Staff meetings and other PHC committees or workgroups
- Our health center is a leading innovator in integrative medicine, team-based collaborative care, and technology
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA License REQUIRED
- DEA License REQUIRED
- 3 years of community health experience PREFERRED
