• Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm

• Compensation: $240,000 - $270,000 based on experience

  DETAILS:
  - Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including behavioral health and social services as appropriate
  - May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners
  - We are open to 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts
