Compensation: - $265,000 - $317,000 based on experience

DETAILS:
- Comprehensive physical assessment; evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patients' health conditions
- Support integration and collaboration of Primary Care Providers and Mental Health
Services
- Initiating and interpreting labs and X-ray studies, including CTs & MRIs
- Prescribing and referring patients for specialized consultation
- Experience in a community health setting REQUIRED
