  • Compensation: - $265,000 - $317,000 based on experience

    DETAILS:
    - Will work directly with our retiring Chief Medical Officer on a day-to-day basis
    - Provider in this role will be directly on a pathway to taking over as CMO by the end of 2027
    - 3 days seeing patients/2 days admin duties
    - Responsible for maintaining an active clinical practice in the specialty area that the individual is overseeing
    - Recruits, hires, directs, evaluates, and coordinates the professional activities of the paid and volunteer medical, dental, and other health care staff providing outpatient services
    - Balancing the duties of a physician with those of an administrator
    - Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care
    - 5+ years of experience in a community health setting REQUIRED
