Job Description

Hours: Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 6 hours clinical, 2 hours charting, 1-hour lunch; Option to work 10 am - 7 pm; 4 day work weeks available

Compensation: $220,000

Coverage Paid by Employer
- Short-term Disability - 7 Day elimination period, 60% of pay, 12 Week period
- Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment - $25,000 per employee
Additional Information:
- The growth of our patient population has created the need for an additional family physician to join our team.
- The physician will provide quality medical care using a team-based approach in the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Join a team of 2 physicians, 2 dentists, 5 nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant.
- Phone-only call allows you to choose the community that suits your needs.

- Provide patient-centered care that promotes engagement between you and the patient, leading to positive health care outcomes.
- Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team from administration to other providers.

- Pennsylvania License
- CPR/AED Certification
