Requirements:
- Must have two years of Labor & Delivery experience; or must have successfully completed Parkland's Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse Residency Program or Parkland's Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse Fellowship Program.
- 1 recent year of acute care experience required.
- Minimum of ADN accepted. BSN preferred.
- Must have an active RN license or temporary RN license from the TX Board of Nursing; or valid NLC (Nursing Licensure Compact).
- Current healthcare provider CPR course completion care from one of the following: American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
- Must have Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification upon hire or obtain within 90 days of placement in role.
- Must have current American Heart Association ACLS course completion care upon hire or obtain within 90 days of placement role.
