We currently have a small medical clinic located at 1414 Main Street, Suite 4, Chipley, Florida 32428. We have purchased a building in the parking lot of the complex our current clinic is located and are excited to be relocating to this facility in April 2025. With the relocation, we will be introducing dental and pharmacy as new services to the Chipley community.
Providing routine check-ups to routine treatments, our services are designed with our patients' dental wellness in mind. Our affordable services include exams/radiographs, cleanings, extractions, restorations and crowns.
The dental clinic will be supported by a Front Desk Associate, Dental Assistant and a Dental Hygienist. The clinic will have 4 dental chairs to support patient care.
Allowing you the opportunity to focus on what you do best, you will be supported by a Dental Director, Operations Director and a Corporate Office that provides billing, operations, human resources and credentialing support. Our Dental Director has been with PanCare for 10 years and will provide support as you acclimate to your new role.
