  • Hours: M-F, 8-5; Typically get 1.5 hours of admin time at EOD

    Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive adult and senior primary care, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Order diagnostics, develop personalized care plans, manage patients using a value-based model, and collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation in eCW and support quality metrics like HEDIS/STAR.

    Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine, active TX license, DEA, 2-3 years of Medicare/MA experience preferred, and familiarity with value-based care and EMRs-commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care required.
