Job Description

Hours: 10 hour shifts 4 days/week

- 4/10 schedules available
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Drop-in care with no appointment needed
- Related laboratory services
- Work with other providers along with full support staff
- Participation in the on-call rotation is optional, with additional compensation
- We are in Southern Oregon, nestled between the Cascade and Siskiyou Mountains with access to endless outdoor activities
- EMR = EPIC
- Candidates with community health, substance abuse, or gender affirming care experience are encouraged to apply today
