Additional Information:
- Primary role as Occ Health clinical provider for Ochsner clients and employees
- Collaboration with OH Medical Director on standardization of clinical practices across Ochsner's Occupational Health Clinics
- Help with oversight of all Occupational Health clinicians
- Conduct periodic evaluations of all clinicians including periodic meetings
- Periodic chart or case reviews including overall care management
- Establish metrics on productivity and quality of care
- Some engagement with Ochsner's TPA and employee health team to help with employee case management issues and mitigate worker's compensation costs
- Potential collaboration with Business Development to market services to existing and new clients
Qualifications:
- Family, internal, or emergency medicine training with experience in occupational medicine preferred
- BC/BE in Occupational and Environmental Medicine helpful, but not required
- DOT and MRO certification (or obtain within 6 months of start)
