    Qualifications:
    - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
    - Independent clinical licensure in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or similar)
    - 5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience
    - A passion for primary care integration and recovery-based models
    - Strong data-driven decision-making skills
