Additional Information: - Perform leadership functions including selection, scheduling, training, performance management, and discipline
- Review and revise policies and procedures, and coordinate with the Chief Nursing Officer to monitor the nursing care
- Monitor the credentialing of all department staff
- Provide guidance and direction to primary care staff and case managers
-Must work closely with providers in all areas to develop relationships that foster cooperative care for patients
-Resolve critical issues and problem situations as they occur, and must maintain compliance and correct deficiencies with state surveys
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
- 5 years working as an RN with case management experience or PA/FNP
- Alaska Registered Nursing License or PA/FNP license
- BLS; ACLS required within 1 year
