Additional Information: - Perform leadership functions including selection, scheduling, training, performance management and discipline
- Review and revise policies and procedures and coordinate with the Chief Nursing Officer to monitor the nursing care
- Monitor the credentialing of all department staff
- Provide guidance and direction to primary care staff and case managers
-Must work closely with providers in all areas to develop relationships that foster cooperative care for patients
-Resolve critical issues and problem situations as they occur and must maintain compliance and correct deficiencies with state surveys
Qualifications:
-Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
-5 years working as an RN with case management experience or PA/FNP
-Alaska Registered Nursing License or PA/FNP license
-BLS; ACLS required within 1 year
