Purpose of Position:
- Manage the Operations of the Emergency Department
- Direct assigned employees demonstrating leadership, direction, motivation and training
- Conduct Performance Evaluations and corrective action
- Oversee departmental budget, review hospital data and trends to make decisions and recommendations to administration
- Review and revise standards and procedures, coordinate medical providers to integrate treatment programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, Master's preferred
- 5 years working as a Registered Nurse with emergency experience; flight, paramedic & Grants experience preferred
- 3 years in a leadership role in nursing
