• Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000

  Our FQHC offers primary and specialty care, dental, behavioral health, audiology, and therapy services to over 7,000 patients.
  
  What you'll do:
  - Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based medicine
  - Practice in a certified NYS Patient-Centered Medical Home
  - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise clinical support staff
  
  What we're looking for:
  - MD or DO with a NY license and completed residency
  - Board certification and outpatient or primary care experience preferred
  - Ability to obtain or already possess your MAT waiver
  
  Clinic hours: Monday & Wednesday 8 am - 6 pm; Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8 am - 8 pm
