  • Additional Information: The Psychiatrist is responsible for psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacological management, and close collaboration with the staff of medical doctors, mid-level practitioners, RNs, and mental health professionals providing psychotherapy services to clients.
    - Community health setting with Open Access hours, same-day appointments, and walk-in availability.
    - Our clients are chronically ill with HIV, HCV, heart disease. lung disease and severe and persistent mental illness. Over 75% of the patient population is homeless or marginally housed.
    - Will serve as the collaborating MD for a full-time psychiatric NP.

    Requirements:
    - NY State license and DEA
    - BC in Psychiatry
    - 5 years+ of experience
    - BLS/CPR certification
    - Experience with addiction medicine, HIV/AIDS, and/or homeless populations preferred
    - Spanish speaking preferred but not required
