Additional Information: Provides mental health services as part of an interdisciplinary care team in a community health setting, conducting initial evaluations, brief counseling, and crisis intervention for patients with emotional and behavioral health needs. Coordinates care through referrals to psychiatric and community resources and supports integration of behavioral health within medical services.
Qualifications:
- Active California LMFT license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in medical, behavioral health, or social services settings
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy (adults and/or adolescents)
