Additional Information: As Near North builds its mental and behavioral health program, we are seeking a part-time or full-time provider who is diligent at collaborating with LCSWs, therapists, and other members of our behavioral health team to provide comprehensive patient care.
-Provide therapy and consultation to a diverse community, often underserved and socio-economically disparaged
-Work closely with a skilled team of mental health professionals, operating off the AIMS/Collaborative care model, being supported by all members of the primary care team
-Engage in a dynamic, evolving program.
-Exercise critical thinking skills: You will be working amongst our primary care patients, oftentimes being referred patients being sought for primary care in need of additional support
Qualifications:
-Will only consider candidates who are fully licensed LCSWs or are within 1 month of their exam date. Must pass LSCW exam to be considered for employment with Near North Health
