Additional Information: As Near North builds its mental and behavioral health program, we are seeking a part-time provider who is diligent at collaborating with LCSWs, therapists, and PsyAPNs, focusing on medication management and comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Provide expert psychiatric evaluations and treatment.
-Work closely with a skilled team of mental health professionals, operating off the AIMS/Collaborative care model, being supported by all members of the primary care team
-Engage in a dynamic, evolving program.
-This role is primarily to provide supervision to PMHNP staff and medication management, working under a collaborative care model with our primary care department
Qualifications:
-Experience preferred
-Must already possess an IL state license
