Additional Information: The Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant (IBHC) provides clinical mental health consultation within a primary care setting, addressing patient needs and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) such as housing, food insecurity, income, and addictions. Works under the Director of Behavioral Health as part of a care team. Requires a master’s in social work or related field and independent AZ licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Three years’ behavioral health experience required. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Experience with diverse populations, NextGen EHR, and computer applications is preferred.
