DETAILS:
- Goal is to have our current pediatricians not cover the walk-in clinic anymore and just hire 2-3 pediatricians for the walk-in clinic only
- 4-hour shifts – 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm for current pediatricians
- All 8 clinicians (6 physicians and 2 APPs) are rotating these shifts
- 240 days = 11,000 visits
- Average of 15 per 4-hour shift
- Variability for the season
