Job Description

  • Hours: 4 Day Work Week | Dedicated Surgery Day
  • Employed
  • Degrees Accepted: MD/DO
  • Average patients seen: 15
  • Call Schedule: 1:4
  • Relocation Assistance Available
  • Compensation: $433,000 income guarantee with a $150,000 retention incentive - not taxed until employment begins

Strong package for a community-based OB/GYN role with moderate delivery volume, schedule balance, and no state income tax to increase take-home value.
  • Benefits: Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, short- and long-term disability, relocation assistance, malpractice with tail coverage, $5K CME allowance, 10 paid CME days, and 20 PTO days.
  • Additional Information: This is the kind of OB/GYN setup candidates actually want to hear about: low historical turnover, growth-driven need, and a leadership team that understands the day-to-day realities of the practice.

Quality is a major differentiator, with a strong 20% C-section rate, monthly MFM outreach, MFM-read OB ultrasounds, and 3 full-time OB/MFM-trained sonographers supporting the team.

You'll also have direct backup through a robust multispecialty network, including FM, IM, Pediatrics, Acute Care APPs, General Surgery, Therapy, plus system access to REI/IVF and Gyn Oncology.

The Department Chair has been with the system since residency, which speaks to long-term physician satisfaction and a deep understanding of what OB/GYNs need to feel supported.

Add in AMA Joy in Medicine Gold recognition and physician-led governance across all 11 governing bodies, and this is a practice built for sustainability, not burnout.
