DETAILS:
- Outpatient-only practice
- Group consists of Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Rad/Onc, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, Emergency Medicine, 2 Hospitalists, and various Advance Practice Providers
- We provide Diabetic Education, a Dietician, an RN Care Manager, and an Integrated Health Behavioral Therapist embedded in the clinic
- 48-bed medical center with lots of specialties providing services connected to the clinic
