Additional Information: AccessHealth is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support providers, nurses, and patients within a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities include rooming patients, documenting chief complaints and vital signs, assisting with examinations and procedures, performing waived laboratory testing and phlebotomy, preparing and sterilizing instruments, scheduling follow-up appointments, and maintaining fully stocked exam rooms.
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program, and possess Medical Assistant certification. One year of experience is preferred. Bilingual and phlebotomy-certified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
