Job Description

  • Hours: 3 or 4 day work week available; Rotating days, evenings, and nights; Flexible schedules; Shift hours: Day- 7am-7:30pm or 7am-3:30pm; Evening- 3pm-11:30pm; Night- 7pm-7:30am

  • Compensation:
    - New graduates start at $26.50/hour; Pay increases with experience
    - Incentives for picking up additional shifts
    - New hires are eligible for a 3% merit increase at 6 months and 1 year anniversary

    - Differentials available for evenings, weekends, nights, 12-hour shifts and call back & standby call back
    - 2% pay increase once oriented into OB and/or ICU

  • Additional Information:
    - Opportunity to work a variety of shifts and departments including Med/Surg, OB, ER, and ICU. OR is available for applicants desiring this experience/position.

    Requirements:
    - ADN or BSN
    - SD License
    - CPR certification

    - Additional certification classes provided by the hospital at no cost to the employee; including NRP, STABLE, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and others
