    - Master's Degree: $54,000 - $63,000

  • Additional Information: Requirements:
    - Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
    - Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish required.
    - Minimum 2 years providing social services (case management, social work, or care coordination) to diverse populations.
    - Minimum 2 years of experience working with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and mental health related issues and the intersection of these psychosocial factors.
    - Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
    - Experience working with Latinx population.
    - Experience working in Primary Care setting preferred.
    - Sensitivity to HIV/AIDS and Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Gender Variant, Non-Binary and Transgender issues.

    - The Social Services/Case Management Supervisor leads a collaborative team providing Psychosocial and Care Coordination Services at MNHC's HIV Clinic (Clínica Esperanza).
