Job Description

Hours: 12 hour shifts 7 - 7; Dayshift full-time; Night shift part-time 1 day per week

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Compensation:
- New graduate salary starts at $32.25/hr; increases with experience
- Resource Pool nurses earn an additional $4.00/hr on top of base wage
- $2.50 shift differential for nights, $2.50 shift differential for weekends
Benefits:
- Sign-on bonus; $5,000 for FT and $2,500 for part time

Full-time benefits include:

Additional Information:
- Perform a variety of integrated neurological/neurosurgical and trauma critical care functions, intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner.
- Position requires travel among MyMichigan Health subsidiaries.

- 25% Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.
- 25% Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care according to the patient's real and/or perceived needs.
- 25% Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient's plan of care or clinical path.
- 25% Consults and collaborates with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required; BSN preferred
