• Hours: 12-hour shifts 7 - 7; Day and night shift available; PRN also available

• Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
• Compensation:
  - New graduate salary starts at $32.25/hr; increases with experience
  - $2.50 shift differential for nights, $2.50 shift differential for weekends
• Benefits:
  - Sign-on bonus; $5,000 for FT and $2,500 for part time

• Additional Information: Must have basic Med/Surg knowledge to care for general surgical and orthopedic surgical patients
  
  Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  - (30%) Regularly assesses patient's/client's needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice
  - (30%) Provides direct resident care, including medication administration, treatments, call lights, assisting with transfers, responding to alarms, etc.
  - (20%) Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information to improve patient care
  - (10%) Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician ordered care accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
  - (10%) Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications
  
  Qualifications:
  - Associates Degree required; BSN preferred
