  • Additional Information: Midland Care has an exciting opportunity for a Physician to lead our All-Inclusive Care Clinic for the Elderly. 

    - The PACE Physician will participate in the development of patients/clients/participant care plans and to provide and direct the diagnosis and treatment of patients/clients/participants in Midland Care PACE program.
    - This position will assist administration in implementing patient/client care policies and procedures and participate in organization Quality Assessment Performance Improvement. 

    Midland Care's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement, stay in their own homes, and communities. Getting to know the participant and working with him or her to design a plan to aid in achieving health goals.
