Job Description

Hours: 4, 10-hour shifts per week and roughly 50% procedures and 50% outpatient and inpatient consults.

Additional Information: The provider has a chance to reinvent the Gastroenterology service line. The provider will be solo employed while the program is growing, but call will not be 24/7.

- Caseload includes primarily outpatient procedures, including inpatient consults. Anticipation of approximately 700 cases per year.
- 0-6 consults per day with average of 2-4
- Hospital in general: Maximum total of 40 inpatient beds and 22 observation beds.

REQUIRED:

- Unrestricted medical license required in the state of Indiana
- Board Certified or Board Eligible. If board eligible, will need to complete certification within 2 years.
