Provides psychological evaluation including intellectual and personality evaluation and evidence-based, and psychological interventions to individual patients. Works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary medical team to enhance the quality of overall healthcare services provided. Provides or assists in the supervision of psychological interns if present. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
REQUIRED:
- Ph.D. Psychology or PsyD in Psychology
- One-year clinical internship
- Continuing education/in-services
per department/hospital
requirements
- Must have at least two (2) years of post-
graduate clinical work experience
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee as Licensed Psychologist/Health
Service provider status.
- Ability to react quickly to emergency situations.
