DETAILS:
- Hybrid/remote Opportunity!
- Provides evidence-based treatment to MCC patients (adults and children) with 'mild to moderate' behavioral health needs
- assessment, diagnosis, therapeutic interventions, short-term therapy, crisis intervention and safety planning, coaching, referrals, and case management in-person and via telehealth modalities
- Collaboratively develops multi-disciplinary workflows, clinical pathways, and other practices, to maximize the benefits of team care
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA License REQUIRED
- Experience working in non-traditional mental health settings REQUIRED
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) REQUIRED
