DETAILS:
-Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population. Consult with staff physicians as needed.
- Furnishes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions, within their scope of practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA License REQUIRED
- DEA License REQUIRED
- 2+ years of Experience in community health or FQHC REQUIRED
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
