Additional Information:
- Deliver direct patient care
- Share on-call coverage with other clinicians
- Serve as a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner supervisor
- Serve as a preceptor to healthcare students, upon CMO approval
- Document and complete each encounter in the EHR within 72 hours.
- Provide leadership to the healthcare team through positive role modeling.
- Attendance and participation in all medical Staff Meetings, Continuous Quality Improvement Meetings, and Leadership Meetings as assigned.
- Assists CMO in establishing medical policies, evaluating existing policies, and developing changes in policies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Ca License
- CPR Certification
- Ability to build positive relationships with staff and medical providers, to work as a team
- Coach and empower staff to provide exceptional patient care and staff experience.
- Bilingual preferred, languages Punjabi, Portuguese and Spanish
