Since 1907 Littleton Regional Healthcare has provided quality, compassionate, and accessible healthcare for communities in New Hampshire’s North Country and the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.

As a not-for-profit community hospital, Littleton Regional Healthcare is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve.

Our staff, physicians, and volunteers work together to meet our communities needs through quality health services, wellness and educational initiatives, and charity care.
