  • Compensation: Compensation ranges from $32.21 to $49.12 an hour.

  • Additional Information: Responsibilities:
    Understands and ensures adherence to all LRH and department policies and procedures.
    Directly oversees clinical nursing and ancillary staff in the absence of, and in conjunction with, the Clinical Directors.
    Plans and takes a proactive approach to fluctuations in staffing and patient acuity needs, making adjustments as required.
    Provides direct patient care and coverage when appropriate. Responsible for ensuring staff meal breaks and may take up to 3 patients if needed.
    Rounds on all nursing units throughout shift to evaluate patient care, address family or patient concerns, assess and facilitate departmental communication and patient flow.
    Provides feedback regarding nursing staff's performance to the Clinical Director.

    Requirements:
    Currently licensed as an RN in the State of NH or a Compact State;
    BS strongly preferred;
    Must have or obtain ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire
