Additional Information: Lead in the performance of crisis assessments when de-escalating a crisis event, use clinical assessment skills, and lead the development of safety plans for persons who are transitioning to a lower level of care.
Leading in, and working with associate level mobile crisis workers, developing a plan for community services and referrals. Performing or consulting on the follow up contacts following an acute care crisis.
