Compensation: Compensation is based on experienced and can be coupled with productivity bonuses, dependent on the provider's preference of salary structure
-Earn an annual base plus productivity bonus OR a guaranteed flat annual salary without bonus
-Additional compensation of $1000/week for call

-Overall average salary range considered between $212,000 and $260,000 depending on salary & bonus structure

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Pediatrician will support our pediatric program and participate in the call schedule that supports our newborn population at the Hospital.
-Supported mentorship and training within a developed organization that has produced growth year over year
-Flexible scheduling offered, with every other Friday off
-Level 1 nursery, with high-risk patients transferred to a more capable hospital
-Call is triaged, and handled by NP/PA staff
-Nursery call is handled by the main Pediatrician on call
