Compensation: Compensation is based on experienced and can be coupled with productivity bonuses, dependent on the provider's preference of salary structure

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Pediatrician will support our pediatric program and participate in the call schedule that supports our newborn population at the Hospital.
-Supported mentorship and training within a developed organization that has produced growth year over year
-Flexible scheduling offered, with every other Friday off
-Level 1 nursery, with high-risk patients transferred to a more capable hospital
-Call is triaged, handled by NP/PA staff, and then transferred to the main Pediatrician on call
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Will entertain newly graduated candidates and 2024 applicants
-Will support H-1B/J1 Visa students
-TN state license
