Job Responsibilities:
- Provides general gynecological care using generally accepted standards of practice
- Perform examinations to diagnose diseases and disorders
- Treat diseases in female organs or other parts of the body
- Performs gynecological surgical procedures, both diagnostic and therapeutic, using minimally invasive and traditional surgical techniques
- Performs colposcopies and LEEPs as office and inpatient procedures as appropriate
- Conforms to Title X requirements and provides all methods of birth control.
- Performs tubal ligations, at the request of patients. Performs circumcisions.
- Supports mid-level providers in supervision and consultation.
Qualifications:
- Delaware license
- 2 years of previous experience preferred
- Previous EMR experience required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
