Additional Information: This role will perform duties as an assistant manager to the primary nurse manager of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors, and assess disease conditions.
-Critically think and delegate action plans to supporting staff
-Maintain responsibilities and ensure proper and adequate care is administered
-Willing to assist with approximately 30 medical staff members within the department
-Assist with scheduling
-This is a primary care setting, offering support to a patient population seeking continuity of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-DE state-licensed
-2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a private practice, hospital, or health center setting.
