DETAILS:
- Obtains and documents health history, perform physical examinations, educates patients on preventative health measures
-The Family Physician provides medical care, treatment, and counseling to a wide variety of ages in a family practice setting.
-Work alongside our Community Health Workers team who assist our patient population and provide transportation and health care.
-Candidates should be compassionate, willing to go the extra mile and provide unincumbered care
