Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | 1 Day for Admin | Some Evenings Required

Additional Information: You could be eligible for the Alameda County HealthPAC incentive dollars specifically targeting recruitment and workforce development. For NP, PA and Optometrist, this could mean a total of $ 12,500 to be paid in two installments as follows:

- $6.250 after two months and completion of credentialing with health plans
- $6,250 at the completion of one year of commitment
- Signing bonus will be prorated by FTE, down to a minimum of 0.50 FTE
