La Casa Family Health Center is a non-profit organization that provides primary and preventative medical, dental, and pharmaceutical services within the Southeast region of New Mexico. La Casa de Buena Salud was established in 1970 by a group of concerned women dedicated to addressing the lack of accessible and affordable prenatal care services in Portales, NM. These women came together and organized and operated La Casa from a tiny two-bedroom home.
La Casa Family Health Center has provided community healthcare for over 50 years! Our health centers are staffed with seasoned medical providers.

Located just 11 miles from Cannon AFB on the eastern plains of New Mexico, the City of Portales combines a rural atmosphere with premier cultural, economic and educational opportunities.
