Hours: 40 hrs: 5 day/8 hour or 4 day/10 hour shifts available

- Provides direct patient care including evaluation, diagnostic and medication management services for our clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
- NM license REQUIRED
- Primary care experience PREFERRED
- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
