Job Description

  • Compensation: $60,000 to $84,000 annually
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Coverage with 90% of the employee premium paid by KCH. Coverage is effective on the first day of the month following hire date.
    KCH will provide up to $2,000 per year primary care services in-house KCH (medical, dental or BH) for the employee, spouse and dependents up to age 26 living in the employee's home. Long-term Group Disability coverage.
    Paid Vacation / Paid Time Off: Up to 160 hours per employment year per 1.0 FTE. Provided quarterly in lump sums of 40, pro-rated based on hire date.
    Paid Sick Leave: Up to 64 hours per employment year, based on 1.0 FTE. Accrues per pay period, caps at 128 hours. KCH Retirement Plan - 401K with 4% KCH match. In-house childcare provided at a discounted rate. KCH pays for $45 per CME Credit for up to a maximum of 20 CME for per agreement year for LCSW/LMSW BH Providers. Pays all licensing fees required to practice in ID + membership dues for 1 Professional Organization. General + Prof. Liability Coverage.
  • Additional Information: Qualifications include the following:
    - Masters Degree in the Behavioral Science Field from an accredited university or college with intent for licensure.
    - Current License in the State of Idaho as a BH Provider

    - Ability to receive clearance through the National Practitioner Database

    - Working knowledge of the basic principles of health, illness, and wellness including current best Practice in effective delivery of preventive and primary behavioral health care and health education to low-income and special needs populations.
