This role includes a $4,420 annual Commuter Differential for individuals working on Staten Island who do not reside on Staten Island.
Additional Information: ACT Team Director overseeing clinical and operational functions for a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving adults with severe mental illness in shelters and community settings. Responsibilities include supervising staff, leading team meetings/case conferences, ensuring compliance and documentation standards, managing coverage, reviewing treatment plans, assisting with hiring/training, and providing direct clinical services in the community. Role carries a half caseload, includes outreach and rotating after-hours coverage, and is split 50% community-based care and 50% onsite administrative/supervisory duties. Requires Master's degree plus NY licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, or LCAT), 3+ years related experience, EMR proficiency, and strong leadership and clinical skills. ACT, Mobile Crisis, homelessness, or substance use experience preferred.
