Hours: 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time

Call Schedule: Weekday call 3-4/month; Wekeend/Holiday Call: 1:3 with nurse practitioner support

Additional Information: Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join our team and meet the growing demand for services in Crown Point.

- Possible outreach to surrounding areas
- Blend of Inpatient and Outpatient with a higher focus on the clinic. Some pulmonary and ICU will be required
- Average Inpatient Volume: varies due to hospital census
- EPIC electronic medical record
