• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work

• Additional Information:
  - Primary responsibilities include hospital rounding, assisting in surgery, and clinic
  - Coverage includes Dyer, Hammond, and Munster campuses
  - Support staff includes 4 MA's, 1 RN, 1 Surgical Scheduler
  - Virtual visits are being offered
  - Strong primary care referral base - over 30 new patient referrals monthly
  - In-network specialty services: Urodynamics, in-office biopsies, in-office cystoscopy
  - Strong mentorship available from seasoned providers within the practice

  - Collaboration in the Operating Room working with DaVinci XI robotics
