Job Description

Hours: Flexible Full-Time Schedule; Clinic hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Call Schedule: Call rotation for weekends & holidays: 1:7
