• Hours: 3 - 4 half days in clinic, 3 - 4 half days in surgery, 1 full day off

• Average patients seen: Half Day Clinic 12 – 15, Half Day Surgery 8 – 10
• Call Schedule: 1:5: No clinic during call week only hospital procedures and front-line call coverage

  Ideal candidate will have ERCP experience, an interest in Hepatology and a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
  
  - Practice shares 3 RN's, dedicated MA support for every physician, 2 surgery schedulers in-house
  - Outreach Required: Clinics in LaPorte, Chesterton, Valparaiso (all within 30 minutes commute)

  Shared collaboration between physician for APP's in group
  - Hospital based Nurse Practitioner sees new consults and rounding ahead of physicians
  - Clinic based Nurse Practitioner
  
  Strong mentorship available from senior physician leadership
  
  Strong referral base: On average 75 -100 per week for general GI
